Refund policy

Return requests can be sent to grotegeelstaart@gmail.com. Please inform us about the reason of return and we will gladly refund you or send you a replacement for a broken item or something that was not according to your wish. 

In case you want to return an item and receive financial reimbursement, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
